Probablu unread. No marks or inscriptions. A very clean very tight copy with laminated unmarked black card covers, slight (publisher's) twist to spine, small amounts of rubbing boards and spine ends and no bumping to corners. Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn with creasing to spine foot and general traces of storage. 308pp. The story of Gandhi at the time of Partition in India in 1947, which took place against his wishes but was imposed by the British and up to his assasination in 1948. Undated ca 1990. Extremely scarce.
