This is a beautifully printed book showing the use of plastics in contemporary art. Designed by Andre Sauret and printed in Italy. It covers the work of 50 artists from America and Europe active during the 1950's and 60's. From Arman to Wesselmann, and including Eva Hesse, Naum Gabo, Ron Davis, Ugo La Pietra, Moholy-Nagy, Nevelson, Dewain Valentine among others. All illustrations printed in color on heavy glossy card stock. Texts by the artists about their use of materials. Glossary and brief appendix on plastics. 12" high X 10" wide. A beautiful copy.
