Description
This is a very good copy in a portfolio with pictorial, paper-covered boards and silk tie, containing a text booklet and 24 loose plates. Light soil to the boards. Very clean inside. One of the plates is hand-colored, the rest reproduced in a sepia monochrome. The 61 page text booklet discusses the emergence of street theater in France, beginning with the medieval mystery plays and surveying its' development down through the 19th century. 9.5" high X 7" wide. A charming work. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
