No marks or inscriptions. Slight creasing/rubbing to covers. Clean tight pages with slightly dusty unmarked boards, minor damp effect to upper corner throughout and no bumping to corners. 24pp. Descriptions and photographs of the plans, models and policies for the development of Leeds University. Very large fold-out plan with 134 features marked and indexed in very good condition. Large photograph of of the 1960 model of the original Chamberlin Development Plan. Very scarce.
