Description

This is a very good softcover copy with just some wear to the spine. Spine creased, but binding firm. One small pice of clear tape to the heel of the spine. Very clean inside and out. Signed and inscribed on the first blank endpaper by the author. About a dozen tiny corrections/annotations to an appendix list of craftsmen by previous owner. This catalog prepared to accompany the exhibition at the Society in 1976. Bibliography. 251 works in the exhibition. All illustrated in black & white. Several lengthy appendices relating to the craftsmen who made the objects in the exhibition. The exhibition included all types of early American furniture, silver, glass, textiles, clocks, samplers, tools and household implements, etc. 11" high X 8 1/2" wide, 304 pages. This book will be securely packed and shipped with tracking.
