8vo., First Illustrated Edition, on laid paper, with a coloured frontispiece (original tissue guard present) and 15 coloured plates; original blue pictorial cloth gilt, upper board blocked in gilt after frontispiece, gilt back, gilt top, joints very faintly rubbed, backstrip lightly creased at head and tail, a very good, bright, clean copy. Collects twenty-one short stories.
