Kostantin Dimitriyeviç Nosilov was a Russian traveler, geologist, geographer, ethnologist and journalist. Vosilov traveled into North Ural in 1882, after that in 1886 he came to Anatolia, Palestine and Egypt. He traveled Central Asia and Turkmenistan between 1908-1911.
