Dedicated to Ernst von Siebold. This work, based on the study of the European common jellyfish or moon jellyfish, on development and teratology, may be regarded as a continuation of his famous Monographie und System der Medusen, published in 1879-1880 (See DSB). Uncut. Edges a bit frayed, some light, marginal spotting, otherwise a very good copy. DSB 6, pp. 6-11.
