Description
Appears unread but neat owner label states 'read April 2000'. No other inscriptions or marks. No creasing to covers or to spine. A lovely clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. Slip case in as new unmarked condition. 269pp. Story of the author's hazardous travels through Bolshevik Central Asia where he had been sent by the Viceroy of India over the period 1918-1920.
