Color frontispiece, 95 illustrations from photos, 2 folding maps at rear. 8vo, publisher's original dark green decorated cloth lettered in gilt on spine, and with decoration in gilt and colours to the front cover, t.e.g. xx, 393, index pp. A very good copy, the cloth well preserved with only minor evidence of age or shelving, folding maps in good order, a little rubbing at the extremities, a strong copy.
