On the front free endpaper Mr. Harrison has glowingly inscribed this copy to Mrs. Clement and added his stamp and signature below, dated 4/18/17. Mr. Harrison wrote the Preface and his name is included on the title page as Publisher, representing the American Banker's Association. The bibliography lists references in the following categories: Thrift and Savings; Individual Thrift; Domestic Thrift; Evidences of Thriftlessness; Economics of Thrift; National Thrift; International Thrift; Thrift Agencies.
