Un foglio in 8vo grande (32 cm); stemma papale tra i santi Pietro e Paolo in testa (uno strappo decapita la figura di S, Pietro). Capolettera S inciso. Proibisce ai francescani di vendere o asportare da chiese e conventi supellectiles, vasa, ornamenta, vestes ed altri oggetti (il che evidentemente era pratica comune).
