A very clean very tight copy with unmarked embossed red cloth boards, dusty page edges, minor bumping to ends of slightly sunned spine and no bumping to corners. 380pp. Novel based around the banks of the Tweed whre Jean is bringing up her younger brothers and is visited by a mysterious stranger. Undated, ca 1930s.
