Description
Presenta evidenti segni d'usura e di tempo.
Il volume ha preso umidità e presenta parecchie fioriture e macchie, specialmente ai tagli, ma un po' anche internamente, soprattutto alle prime carte (come da foto).
Un'incisione di Aliprandi nell'antiporta, a piena pagina, datata 1847 sulla pietra.
Tra le opere pubblicate nel volume: "Francesco prete novetto", "Il Nas di Paste", "Gurizze", etc...
L'autore (1792-1867), apprezzato dal Carducci e dal Tommaseo, viene considerato il miglior poeta friulano di tutti i tempi.
Ebbe popolarità notevole per i suoi "Strolic", almanacchi annuali in friulano, pubblicati fin dal 1821.
