First edition, 2 vols., in one, 4to (270 x 210 mm) unpaginated, engraved vignette title page, 224 engravings on 112 plates, some light browning and spotting as usual, contemporary half calf, upper joint cracked and nearly detached. Includes a smattering of views of country houses and castles. Provenance: From the library of Josceline Grove, with bookplate and their typed catalogue description pasted to front endpapers.
