8vo., First Edition, with a fine autotype portrait frontispiece (original tissue guard present) and a large folding map, fore-edges very lightly spotted, neat contemporary signature on front free endpaper; original pictorial cloth blocked in gilt and black, gilt back, uncut, backstrip chipped at head and tail else a very good, clean copy. The first dedicated avifauna of the county, edited by Harting after the author's death. Rodd's splendid collection passed to his nephew F R Rodd of Trebartha Hall, Launceston.
