Frontispiece illustration of Bagehot in Volume I. 8vo, publisher's original woven dark-blue cloth, the spines lettered in gilt, in the original blue and white printed dustjackets. A very fine set unusually well preserved, the dustjackets handsome and bright with very little evidence of age or use.
