Original printed wrappers. = Part of a larger series, but this monograph is restricted to the early ontogeny of the peculiar, rare and evasive Echidna, or spiny anteaters, and Ornithorhyngus (Platypus). Published in the Society's Transactions, volume 26(1). The first author, Theodore Thomson Flynn (1883-1963) was an Australian zoologist and father of the actor and movie star Errol Flynn. Like all parts, this one is very uncommon. Uncut. Wrappers soiled and frayed at edges, front wrapper detached, internally a clean and unmarked copy.
