This is a very good hardcover copy in a very good dust jacket with just light wear. Very clean inside and out. This is a review copy with the publisher's card laid-in. The golden city of the title refers to Johannesburg, South Africa, from whose streets can be seen the hills with the gold mines that made South Africa rich. 8" high X 5.5" wide, 141 pages.
