4 vols., 8vo., Second Edition thus, neat signature on half-titles, first and last few leaves of each volume mildly spotted; green cloth, sides framed in blind, gilt backs, black endpapers, cases lightly shaken, backstrips a little dulled (but all gilt wholly legible) else a very good, firm set. The set comprises Vol. I: 1769-1800; Vol. II: 1800-1804; Vol. III: 1805-1808; Vol. IV: 1808-1811. Macmillan's first edition was published between 1871 and 1879. Not recorded by Sandler.
