16mo., on laid paper, with engraved title-vignette and 2 fine engraved plates; attractively bound in contemporary blind panelled calf, back with flat bands ruled in gilt, second compartment with red leather label lettered and ruled in gilt, expertly rebacked woth old backstrip laid down, a very good, bright, crisp copy. With a Life of Johnson at pp.1-36. The plates are dated 1797 and 1795 respectively.
