Description
This is a very good softcover copy in the original illustrated wrappers, with just light cover wear. Lightly written name of dance scholar and historian, Luise E. Scripps, who had founded the American Society for Eastern Arts in 1963 in Berkeley, California and Seattle. Steve Reich was one of many avant garde musicians and composers who studied there in the late 1960's and 1970's. Inside completely clean. Catalog has about 200 leaves (printed rectos only), wraps. 11" high X 9" wide. Several folded sheets about the festival itself laid in. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
