8vo., Second Edition, with frontispiece, 18 plates on 16, full-page map in the text and endpaper maps, small contemporary signature on front free endpaper; navy cloth, gilt back, a very good, clean copy in unclipped dustwrapper, the latter chipped (affecting lettering) at tail of backstrip. Published two months after the first edition. Standard operational account of the famous destroyer commanded by Mountbatten, from its early days in the North Sea to its sinking off Crete.
