Previous owner's name to front end paper. Faint fingermarks to a few pages. Pencil lines to rear end paper. No creasing to covers or to spine. A clean very tight copy with unmarked slightly rubbed bevelled-edged boards and tiny bump to lower rear corner. Gilt upper page edges, other page edges slightly dusty. Scarce. 311pp.
