Description
No marks or inscriptions. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked laminated boards, minor bump to top of spine and no bumping to corners. Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn with rubbing to edges. 256pp. A detailed and well illustrated study of how the North American Indians fared following the arrival of white settlers from the early 1600s onwards. Initially those in the east simply moved west resulting in increased conflict between them and the more westerly tribes, altering the attitudes of the previously relatively peaceful indian tribes.
