No marks or inscriptions. Very tiny crease to lower corner of front cover, none to rear or to spine. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards, scratch to top of page edges and no bumping to corners. 322pp. The authors re-evaluate the significance of Mary Magdalene and cast her in an entirely new light. Their thesis is that she was the spritual equal of Jesus, she did marry him and did bear his child. The lost section of the Gospel of Mary is published here for the first time.
