Description

This is a fine softcover copy with no wear at all. Completely clean inside and out. Spine not creased, binding firm. This collection of photographs was assembled by Maurice Verneuil between 1928 and 1935. Verneuil was known for his writings, and toward the end of his life became involved with photography and collecting. This sale contained fine examples of many of the best photographers working in Paris during the 1920's and 30's including Florence Henri, Germaine Krull, Kertesz, Francois Kollar, Maurice Cloche, Laure Albin Guillot, Ergy Landau, Lee Miller, Man Ray, Jean Moral, Maurice Tabard, Roger Parry, Marc Real, Emanuel Sougez, Andre Vigneau and Rene Zuber. 88 lots in the sale. All illustrated in black & white. 11" high X 8" wide. This book will be securely wrapped and shipped with tracking.
