A PRESENTATION COPY FROM THE AUTHOR (TO PETER STORRS FOX) WITH HIS SIGNED HOLOGRAPH INSCRIPTION ON FRONT FREE ENDPAPER. With the (illustrated) rear panel of the dustwrapper loosely inserted.
