This is a fine two volume hardcover set with fine dust jackets with virtually no wear but tiny bump to lower right corner of a few first pages of volume one. Text in ITALIAN. Title is Averlino detto Il Filarete: Trattato di Architettura. Antonio di Pietro Averlino (ca. 1400 to ca. 1469), known as Filarete was a Florentine Renaissance architect, sculptor, medallist, and architectural theorist. Two volumes with black & white illustrations, 104 plates, and colorplate frontispiece in volume 1. Pale gold silk pagemarks in each volume. Bibliography. 10" high X 7" wide, cxxix, 729 pages. A beautiful set. Large heavy books foreign postage will be extra. This set will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
