A beautiful livre d'artiste, illustrated with 63 ORIGINAL DRYPOINTS by José Pedro Gil (1892-1945), all of which depict Cordoba and its inhabitants. THIS IS THE UNIQUE FILE COPY INITIALLY RETAINED BY THE BIBLIOPHILE SOCIETY THAT PUBLISHED IT, justified "Exemplaire imprimé pour archives de la Société". Aside from this unique copy, 152 numbered copies were printed, all on extremely fine Rives wove paper. 4to. Loose as issued in original wraps. FINE AND BRIGHT. House in the original chemise (spine label a bit worn) and slipcase. A PRISTINE COPY.
