With six colourplates by Hugo Von Hofsen. 8vo, in the publisher's original gray boards, the upper cover ruled and lettered in white and with a large colour pastedown of Topsy Von Hofsen, and with pictorial endpapers printed in green and featuring reading children. 46 pp. Very well preserved, the text and plates all quite fine, fresh and clean, a little mellowing to the binding and minor rubbing to the white ruled frame.
