Signed on front end paper by Author and 'Uncle Willie'. No other marks or inscriptions. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn or creased with very light indenting and minor traces of storage. Biography of 'an angel on a bicycle', born in 1898, a packer in a bleach and dye works who went on to become a Doctor of Divinity and was still working as Congregational minister at the age of 96. His ministries began at and returned to Chinley and Buxworth in Derbyshire and included Mexborough, Walsall and Leicester.
