An association copy, with a signed dedication from FERRAN ADRIA to a well-known French chef. Tall 8vo. Original wraps. Paper slightly toned, else FINE AND BRIGHT. Extremely rare, especially in such pristine condition. The only copy I have located is that in the Bibliothèque Nationale.
