This is a very good softcover copy in stiff card covers with a dustwrapper with just light wear and a few stressmarks. Catalogue of an exhibition that originated at The National Museum of Art in Canberra Australia. It also travelled to The National Museum of Art, Osaka, and The National Art Center, Tokyo, both in 2008. Text in Japanese and English. Essays by Margot Neale, Tony Ellwood, Hanako Nishino, Yasuyuki Nakai, and Akira Tatehata. Over 100 color plates of the artist's paintings also some color photographs of her sculptures. Chronology. Glossary. Maps. Bibliography. Emily Kame Kngwarreye (1910- 1996) was an Australian Aboriginal artist from the Utopia community in the Northern Territory.
