Wood engraving, printed in colour, mm 340x485. A German separate-issue satirical map of Europe just before the war. Austria and Germany are depicted as soldiers and Germany holds France's shoulder. Austria is shooting the russian bear. Ireland tries to cut the chain to England. The cartoon impression of Europe shows a facial expression for each country on the map. Very good condition <BR><BR>
