Volume in 4, tela editoriale molto sciupata, titolo al dorso, sguardie, frontespizio, 527 pp. riccamente illustrato nel testo anche con tavole a piena pagina. Un ricchissimo repertorio molto articolato, con ottime spiegazioni sull'uso ed i metodi di preparazione. Leggermente allentata la cucitura, il volume in pi che buono stato. Unica pecca: un bambino ha provveduto a scarabocchiare con una matita alcune (poche) pagine. Si preferito lasciare questa testimonianza (una buona gomma quanto necessita al 'restauro') perch anche questo un vissuto dell'opera: chiss quale leccornia aspettava impaziente l'infante mentre si dava da fare. Notevolmente poco comune.
